Islamic Book Fair Opens in UAE
TEHRAN (IQNA) – The second exhibition of Islamic books was opened in Abu Dhabi by Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the president of the United Arab Emirates.
According to Al-Bayan newspaper, the opening ceremony of the book fair was organized by the Women Awareness Society in the capital city in cooperation with the UAE’s Authority of Islamic Affairs and Awqaf.
As well as copies of the Holy Quran, there are books on Quranic works, interpretation of the Quran, Hadith, jurisprudence, history of Islam and the life of Muslim figures on display at the exhibition.
It also has a special section for presenting books on Muslim family, stories, children's literature, Islamic thought and heritage.
