Preparations Begin for 25th Tehran Int’l Quran Exhibition

TEHRAN (IQNA) – Activities in preparation for holding the next edition of Tehran international Quran exhibition have started, Quran and Etrat deputy of Iran’s Culture and Islamic Guidance Ministry said.

Hojat-ol-Islam Mohammad Reza Heshmati made the remark in a ceremony held Wednesday to honor those involved in organizing the 24th edition of the expo earlier this year.

He hailed the activities of this year’s exhibition, saying a large number of artworks featuring Quranic arts were displayed at the event.

Hojat-ol-Islam Heshmati also noted that many Quranic works, including books, were unveiled for the first time at the exhibition.

The official further lauded the media for covering the exhibition’s event.

The 24th edition of the International Exhibition of Quran was mounted in the Iranian capital of Tehran from June 13 to 30.

The exhibition is held annually by the Quran and Etrat Deputy during the fasting month of Ramadan and showcases a variety of products dedicated to the promotion of Islam’s Holy Book.

Hundreds of thousands of people visit the exhibition to learn about the latest developments and achievement in Quranic fields.
