Some 172 colonists raided the holy mosque from the Mughariba Gate and performed provocative tours in its courtyards. They also performed Talmudic rituals there, according to witnesses, WAFA News Agency reported.

In the meantime, the heavily-armed soldiers beefed-up their military deployments and tightened their restrictions at the gates leading to the Old City and Al-Aqsa Mosque.

The so-called Temple groups called on their followers to carry out massive incursions into Al-Aqsa Mosque at midnight before the Jewish Passover, on the twenty-third of this month, to offer the “sacrifice.”
