TEHRAN (IQNA) – Hazrat Zahra (SA) had a deep correct understanding of the religion and helped promote it by any means that she could.

There are two basic issues regarding the relationship between man and religion; one is about understanding the religion and the other is adhering to it. It is very clear that having a good understanding of religion is necessary for arriving at a correct religious approach. Any problem in religious knowledge will inadvertently lead to problems in religious approaches. In order to have sound religious knowledge, we must receive this knowledge from the Sunnah, and the Sunnah is what Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) described in Hadith al-Thaqalayn: The Book of Allah and Ahl al-Bayt.

Any other source of religious knowledge leads to errors that will distort a correct religious approach. One of the issues that Ahl al-Bayt have paid attention to is the issue of the health of religion.

Humans may be classified into three categories in relation to religion: irreligious people, religious people, and deviants. The final category is far more dangerous for themselves and others than irreligious people.

For example, Amr ibn Muljam al-Muradi who assassinated Imam Ali (AS) was not an irreligious person, but a deviant.

Hazrat Zahra (SA), the Holy Prophet’s daughter, understood religion and practices it the way God wanted. Sometimes what we know and what we do in life are far apart, but Hazrat Zahra lived as she believed.

Another point is that just as we have expectations from religion, we also have duties towards religion. One of our duties is to help God's religion and to protect it against dangers.

According to the Holy Quran, to help God, we should first help God’s religion. And this was exactly what Hazrat Zahra did during her life.

To help God's religion, it is necessary to know the priorities of our life; One of the lessons of Hazrat Zahra's life is the correct recognition of priorities. She had a correct understanding of the priorities of her life, and this is very crucial. The first priority was to help God's religion after the death of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).

Meanwhile, she also paid attention to her womanness and became a role model for Muslim women. When the Holy Prophet asked her about the best state for a woman, she answered that the best state for a woman is that she does not see men that are not Mahram, and that men who are not Mahram do not see her. She taught us that no extraordinary circumstances allow us to violate Sharia laws.
